Ms. Beth Middleton joined Stiles in 2013 as a Development Manager servicing the North Carolina region. Based in the Charlotte office, she is responsible for due diligence, entitlements, design and construction of new developments, as well as redevelopments of neighborhood shopping centers and mixed-use projects throughout the Carolinas.
Prior to joining Stiles, Ms. Middleton served as Senior Development Manager for Crosland's retail division where she managed the design and construction of over 1.5 million square feet of retail and mixed-use space including Blakeney, Blakeney Crossing and Biltmore Park Town Square shopping centers.
