Blaise McGinley Vice President

Blaise McGinley joined Stiles in 2016 as Vice President of Stiles Architectural Group. He is responsible for supervising a professional team of architects, space planners and auto CADD operators. Mr. McGinley has over 20 years experience in Architecture, Real Estate, Development and Construction.

Before joining Stiles, Mr. McGinley developed his architectural skills and experience working as a Senior Project Manager and Architectural Qualifier for DK Architects & Planners. Mr. McGinley was responsible for scheduling, production management and final review of all permitted documents.

Mr. McGinley has managed projects from luxury town-homes to the rehabilitation of shopping centers with a specialty in urban infill and the negotiation of development incentives. He has the ability to generate concepts that speak to conflicting needs, and has the background to efficiently coordinate all professionals required to make those concepts a reality. His successful negotiations with municipal governments for Tax Increment Financing, National Historic Grants, and Public/Private partnerships demonstrate the ability to coordinate with regulatory agencies that go beyond the standard permitting/zoning/association approvals.

Originally from West Palm Beach Florida, Mr. McGinley moved to Texas in the late 90's and received his Bachelors and Masters degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington. He currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
