George Boue Vice President, Human Resources


As Vice President of Human Resources, George Boué is responsible for all human capital management activities, leading a team of compensation, benefits, and talent management professionals. After receiving a Master of Science degree in Environmental & Occupational Health Science from Hunter College in New York, he started his career in the environmental, health and safety industry, in consulting and corporate roles. He led consulting departments at TRC Environmental, ATEC Associates, and LAW Engineering. On the corporate side, he had EHS responsibilities for Nortel Networks' Caribbean & Latin American operations.

At Nortel, alongside the Human Resources team, he also managed business ethics activities for Latin America, and he helped develop Nortel's global Code of Business Conduct and affiliated training programs. When Nortel decided to outsource its manufacturing, he was invited to join the HR team and made a career change. He then obtained an International Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Boué was involved in Nortel's mergers & acquisitions activities in the 90s, and relocated to Silicon Valley during the tech boom to lead the HR department for Shasta IP Services. He returned to Florida and was the VP of HR for MasTec, a global telecommunications infrastructure company in Miami. He joined Stiles in 2004.

Mr. Boué completed the professional executive coaching program at the University of Miami, a talent he enjoys applying with Stiles leadership. He has the Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management, and obtained the LEED-AP IDC accreditation. He is on the FSU College of Business HR Board, and a member of the SHRM HR Disciplines Expert Panel. He is involved in children's charities, and sits on the Board of Directors at Jack & Jill Children's Center. George is fluent in Spanish and resides in Miami with his wife Mary Pat.
