As a Vice President with Stiles Realty, Ms. Jill Gull is responsible for retail and office leasing, investment sales and tenant representation in the Central Florida market. Throughout her tenure, she has executed over $42 million in lease and sales transactions. She has represented both institutional and local owners of regional power centers, lifestyle centers, mixed-use properties and office portfolios.
Ms. Gull's diverse experience allows her to add value to the services she provides her clients throughout the entire real estate process. These services include analysis of the potential markets, identification of specific client needs, lease negotiations and the move-in process. Significant Assignments:

Coralwood Center | Cape Coral, Florida
Ms. Gull successfully secured leases with HomeGoods, Ulta Beauty, Bealls Outlet and a National Grocer to fill a vacant 90,000-square-foot box formerly occupied by Sears that was undergoing redevelopment. These new tenants have generated additional leasing activity at Coralwood, making the property a more valuable asset for the Landlord.

Red Willow Plaza | Winter Springs, Florida
Ms. Gull signed The Fresh Market and Party City as the new anchor and junior anchor tenants at Red Willow Plaza. These two leases totaled 35,130 square feet and successfully repositioned the center as a leading groceryanchored plaza in Winter Springs.

Baldwin Park | Orlando, Florida
Ms. Gull successfully leased 49,000 square feet of space within a 12 month period at Baldwin Park, increasing occupancy from 27% to 90% at the Class A office complex.
