Kevin Cruz Project Architect

Mr. Cruz is a licensed architect and a LEED Accredit Professional having over 10 years of professional experience in architecture and construction administration.

Prior to joining Stiles, Mr. Cruz was a Project Architect for HMD Group Architects in which he oversaw and coordinated projects from beginning to end. Preceding HMD, he was an Adjunct Instructor for Florida Atlantic University, in charge of developing new Green Building Curriculum to prepare students for the Green Building industry.

As a licensed Project Architect at Stiles, Mr. Cruz is responsible for a wide range of project types in all phases of design from initial scheduling to construction administration. The types of projects he works on include parking garages, office buildings, retail plazas, major tenant improvements and car dealerships including the first Green Globes car dealership project in the city of Coconut Creek.
Mr. Cruz successfully completes projects by effectively implementing and performing key roles within the firm including:
-Creating preliminary budgets, schedules and cost analysis.
-Bidding and negotiating contracts
-Creating and developing construction documents
-Inspecting and supervising drawing compliance during construction
-Preparing planning and zoning documents and presentations
-Assisting clients in all aspects of construction administration
