Matthew Schwartz Vice President
Previously, Mr. Schwartz served as a Senior Director of Real Estate at Adler Realty Services, where he was responsible for assisting with portfolio management, commercial leasing and sales, site selection, land development and asset acquisition/disposition.
Prior to his time with Adler, Mr. Schwartz was an Associate Director of Real Estate at Penn-Florida, concentrating on both Landlord and Tenant Representation. While at Penn-Florida, he was responsible for the leasing of a one million square foot portfolio of office, retail, and industrial assets statewide. Mr. Schwartz successfully increased portfolio-wide occupancy from 65% to 87% within 2 years.
Mr. Schwartz began his commercial real estate career on the investment sales division of Marcus & Millichap, focusing on both retail and office transactions. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Matthew served as a legislative intern for State Senator Nan Rich, and was involved as an active staff member in several state-wide and national election campaigns.
Matthew is a native of South Florida, and has deep roots throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. He studied at Florida State University and the University of Central Florida. He holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license and is an active member of ICSC, NAIOP, and ULI. Matthew also coaches youth baseball at the JCC in Fort Lauderdale and is involved in the planning of the JCC Maccabi Games.
