Mike Crissy Vice President
Mike began his career with Sapphire Properties in Fort Lauderdale as a development manager. In that role he assisted in all phases of over 1 million square feet of retail and mixed-use development throughout South Florida.
In 2001, Mike moved to New York City and became the Director of Real Estate at Massey Knakal Realty. At Massey Knakal he covered the West Midtown market and closed over $250 million worth of real estate transactions, built a database of over 3000 property owners, and sat on the advisory committee for the Hudson Yards redevelopment association.
In 2005, Mike moved back to South Florida and joined Jones Lang LaSalle with a focus on corporate tenant representation throughout South Florida. Some of the notable clients he has represented include GEICO, Janney Montgomery Scott, Bank of America, GE, Modern Continental, Eaton, and the United States Postal Service.
With over 17 years of commercial real estate experience in the South Florida and New York City markets, Mike is able to guide his clients through the most complicated transactions. As a native of Fort Lauderdale, Mike's clients benefit from his deep knowledge of the local market and his vast network of business professionals.
Prior to embarking on his commercial real estate career, Mike attended The University of Miami and was the starting punter for the football team. Mike still enjoys staying involved in sports and continues to coach and mentor kickers and punters in high school and college. Mike is married to Michelle and they have two children Finn and Kennedy.
