Your Property. Our Priority.
Creating value for under-performing real estate assets within this turbulent economy can be a challenge for any owner, investor or financial institution. These struggling assets require significant resources and expertise, and often result in unexpected challenges in trying to properly support and maintain them.
With more than a half-century of experience developing and managing prominent real estate properties, Stiles understands these challenges and has the vast resources and wide ranging expertise to provide innovative solutions in the area of receivership that can turn these assets around and stabilize them.
Recently, Stiles has been awarded management and leasing contracts for over 1 million square feet of retail and office properties by lenders and regional investors. With Stiles, our clients know that they can focus on their core business while feeling confident that their property is being managed with superior quality and personalized service that would be expected from a leading real estate firm.
Reducing Our Environmental Impact from the Ground Up
Sustainability is one of the guiding principles of Stiles. Our business directly impacts the world’s resources, and we continuously strive to attain higher sustainability standards while balancing the interests of our environment, communities, stakeholders, employees and customers.
With over 25 LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professionals across our divisions, Stiles is committed to developing innovative ways to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our projects. The LEED Green Building rating system is a guide that helps us to ensure that we are producing healthy and productive places for our community members to live, work and enjoy.
Modeling our processes to follow the LEED, we design offices, retail, residential and industrial buildings to be environmentally friendly. Environmental protection precautions and procedures are implemented from the start of development and then at every phase throughout the entire scope. This process ensures that sustainability is not simply applied to our projects, but that it becomes a part of the project's core functionality, and ultimately reduces its environmental impact on the world.
