Adam Greco
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Adam Greco joined Stiles in 2013 as a Project Manager for the Tenant Improvement division. He is responsible for assisting in the planning, analyzing and coordination of the build-out and occupation of tenant spaces. Furthermore, he is responsible for tenant plans, governmental approvals, preparation of budgets, schedules and close-outs.
Prior to joining Stiles, Mr. Greco worked as a project manager for Jones Lang LaSalle on projects such as the Madison Square Garden transformation – the world’s largest renovation of an existing arena.
He also worked as a project engineer for DH Griffin Construction on Solaris, a new 23-story luxury condominium in Brickell. In addition. He was also a project engineer for Yonkers Contracting Company where he worked on the World Trade Center cleanup and recovery post 9/11 followed by the rebuilding of the WTC PATH train station.
Mr. Greco received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
