Alexandra Missan

Alexandra Missan joined Stiles in 2015 as Assistant Property Manager and, in complement with her valuable talents and work ethic, she quickly earned the promotion to Property Manager.

Alexandra’s seasoned experience includes management of Las Olas City Centre, a premier Class “A” LEED Gold, 23-story office building consisting of 408,079 SF of notable office and retail tenants. There she demonstrated a high standard of tenant satisfaction resulting in a survey score that surpassed the Kingsley Index competitive benchmark. Included in her tenure, she managed 200 East Las Olas, a comparable Class A building consisting of 287,043 SF of prestigious office and retail tenants. At 200 East Las Olas, she contributed to the achievement of the building to attain LEED Gold status.

Over her wide-ranging management career, Alexandra has established proficiency with well-known institutional owners including American Realty Advisors, PGIM and Shorenstein. She has mastered experience in utilizing MRI software from Las Olas City Centre to 200 East Las Olas and most recently Weston Lakes Plaza. She has also been strategically involved in the process of software transitions as well. She is also very well versed in using Yardi and Sage software.

Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from Florida State University. Her dedication and focused commitment to advance her career has resulted in achievement of both certifications for RPA (real property administrator) and CMC (certified manager of commercial properties). She is a longstanding member of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches. Prior to joining Stiles, Ms. Missan oversaw management of the impressive retail property at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
