Austin Freedman

Mr. Austin Freedman joined Stiles in 2018 and currently serves as Director of Retail and Commercial Development – West Coast, FL. He is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities for both ground-up and redevelopment of all commercial property types.
Born and raised in Tampa, Freedman has returned to his roots with the goal of significantly expanding Stiles’ footprint throughout the region. Freedman previously spent five years in an acquisition capacity within Stiles Retail Group, the company’s retail development and brokerage division, where he was responsible for market research, site selection, financial modeling, growing tenant relationships and providing general development / acquisition support for new opportunities throughout the state.
Freedman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Real Estate Investment Council of Tampa and the ULI Young Leaders of Broward County.
