Chris Grenier Senior Vice President of Development, Carolinas

Mr. Chris Grenier serves as Senior Vice President of Development for the North Carolina Division of Stiles. Based in Charlotte, Mr. Grenier leads the due diligence, entitlement, design and construction process for new developments and redevelopments of neighborhood shopping centers as well as build-to-suit office projects throughout the Carolinas.

Prior to joining Stiles in 2012, Mr. Grenier served as Director of Design & Construction for Crosland's Retail division in Charlotte for 11 years where he managed the development of over 2.5 million square feet of retail and mixed-use projects totaling $500MM+ in total project value, including Birkdale Village, The Shops at Greenridge and Biltmore Park Town Square. His resume includes successful development projects for tenants such as Target, Lowes Home Improvement, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Petsmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, OfficeMax, TJX brands, Michael's, World Market, Gap, Talbot's, Ann Taylor, Total Wine, Sweetbay, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowe's Foods, Bloom, Kroger and Publix Supermarkets.

Mr. Grenier is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
