Christie Starr oversees Stiles’ Palm Beach County area retail portfolio. In her three years with Stiles, she has optimized occupancy rates while being a critical element in capital projects including a large-scale retail center redevelopment, resealing and restriping parking lots, energy-efficient building upgrades and facility modernizations which increased property appeal and value. Her professionalism, work ethic and capabilities were rewarded with 2023 and 2024 BOMA TOBY awards for Compson Place at Renaissance Commons, where she oversees management of both the association and retail portions of the property.

Christie brings more than eight years of commercial property management experience. She demonstrates exceptional expertise in commercial property management, excelling in clear and transparent communication with tenants, vendors, and property owners to swiftly address concerns and build strong relationships. Her proficiency in technology integration enhances operational efficiency by streamlining communication and reporting, significantly improving overall property management effectiveness. She is highly skilled in tenant relations, property maintenance, financial management, leasing and marketing, legal compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. As a strong leader, Christie sets strategic goals, drives profitability, and cultivates a positive, productive work environment within her division and team.

She is a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP), holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and is an active member of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches local chapter.
