Danny Stine

Mr. Danny Stine joined Stiles in 2022 as a Development Manager with a main focus on the execution of all development functions while supporting leadership and working collaboratively with members on the design and construction teams. His responsibilities include the oversight and implementation of all project and operational budgeting, planning, design, entitlement, construction, and the lease-up of projects.

Prior to joining full time, Danny interned with Stiles in the summer of 2019. Upon graduating from Auburn University, he joined the investments team for Quarterra Group (fka Lennar Multifamily Communities “LMC”) in Charlotte, N.C. His main areas of focus were debt and equity raise, capital allocation and investment committee processes, fund and portfolio management, acquisitions, property-level and fund-level modeling and investor relations.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Auburn University while graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. Fairly new to Fort Lauderdale, Danny plans on getting involved with the Jack and Jill Children’s Center of Broward County and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
