Jessica Abramson
Senior Development Manager
Ms. Jessica Abramson is a Senior Development Manager for Stiles, where she is an owner representative for real estate development projects. Her responsibilities include project planning and coordination, due diligence, obtaining government approvals, budgeting, and scheduling. She has been directly involved with over 700,000 sf of development valued at $370,000,000. She is currently overseeing an $85M office building for a high-profile national family foundation and the redevelopment of a 200,000-SF shopping center.
Ms. Abramson is active in the Urban Land Institute’s Southeast Florida Region serving on the Florida Retail Product Council, is a graduate of Leadership Broward Class XXXVI, and is active on the Advisory Board for the NSU MSRED program and Alumni Association.
Ms. Abramson’s client experience includes Publix, The Fresh Market, Trader Joe’s, Ross, Five Below, Planet Fitness, Rooms to Go, Chase Bank, SunTrust Bank, Chipotle, and Starbucks.
Ms. Abramson holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated Alpha Sigma Gamma. She holds bachelor’s degrees from the University of New Orleans in Marketing and Business Administration.
Ms. Abramson is active in the Urban Land Institute’s Southeast Florida Chapter serving on the Florida Retail Project Council, is a graduate of Leadership Broward Class XXXVI, and is Chair of the Advisory Board for the NSU MSRED program. She also currently serves on the Broward County Planning Council.
