Kevin Hall

Mr. Kevin Hall joined Stiles Property Management as an Assistant Property Manager in 2018 and, due to his accomplishments, was promoted to Property Manager in 2021. He has more than 10 years of property management experience including residential, office and retail portfolios.

Among his many duties, he handles the management of client & tenant relations, budgeting and reporting, and accounts payables and receivables. Being a property manager allows Kevin to develop and implement capital improvement projects that enhance property values while also obtaining tenant satisfaction and retention.

Over the past five years, he has assisted or directly managed 800,000 plus total square feet that included retail centers and office buildings. Currently he manages Promenade at Naples Centre, Naples Financial Center and 2500 Airport Road South.

Most notable, Kevin assisted with both the sales and closings of a residential apartment community and 5 commercial and retail centers.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University. He is a certified apartment manager and a member of the National Apartment Association. He received the 2016 Southwest Florida Apartment Association Assistant Manager of the year. Kevin enjoys traveling with his family, as well attending sporting events in his spare time.
