Kevin Hall

Mr. Kevin Hall is responsible for the overall day to day operations of his properties and is in control of tenant communication, manager support, accounts payables and receivables. Kevin has 5 years of Residential Property Management experience, as well as 3 years of Commercial Property Management experience. Most notably, Kevin assisted with both the sales and closings of a 277,000 SF residential apartment community and 3 commercial and retail centers consisting of a total of 244,000 SF.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University. He is a Certified Apartment Manager and a member of the National Apartment Association. He received the 2017 Southwest Florida Apartment Association Assistant Manager of the Year Award.
