Kevin Mungenast

Mr. Mungenast is responsible for assisting in debt and equity placement for future projects, negotiating purchase and sale agreements for dispositions, creating budgets, projections and lease negotiations for a portfolio of assets across the southeast. Since joining Stiles, Mr. Mungenast has managed office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties for a total of 2.5 million square feet with a combined market value of $1.6 billion and helped capitalize $1.2 billion in new development projects. Prior to his asset management role, Mr. Mungenast worked as an investment analyst within the financial services division at Stiles. He holds a bachelor’s in science in finance from Florida State University.
