Stiles Realty, a division of the full-service commercial real estate firm, Stiles, announced three new lease signings at the AutoNation Building.
USHEALTH Advisors, SRS Real Estate Partners and NTC Tax Consulting signed for a combined 17,011 square feet to bring the Class A building to near full occupancy in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Stiles Realty Senior Vice President Norm Adams and Senior Associate Sheila Roux represent the Landlord. Stiles Vice President Brad Dinneen represented USHEALTH (10,520 SF) and SRS (3,409 SF).
