Adding to the budding retail energy on Las Olas west of 3rd Avenue, Stiles Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Argentinian restaurant OL’DAYS to occupy ground-floor retail space at 200 East Las Olas Boulevard. Vice President Mike Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the Stiles’ full-service real estate development firm. The restaurant includes an outdoor seating area and is open seven days a week from 7 a.m.- 10 p.m. This marks the first OL’DAYS restaurant in Broward County with other locations in Miami and outside of Florida in Nomad and Tribeca, NYC.
