Stiles Announces New Lease At Shops At One Plantation, Adds Prime K BBQ

Enhancing the diverse mix of restaurant options in the Plantation area, Stiles Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Korean-inspired tabletop BBQ restaurant Prime K BBQ at Shops at One Plantation. Vice President Michael Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the full-service real estate development firm, Stiles. Prime K BBQ is anticipated to open in Fall 2024

Fort Lauderdale, FL. – December 5, 2023 – Stiles Property Management (SPM), the largest privately-held property management firm in South Florida, today announced it was named a winner of the 2023 Kingsley Excellence Awards for the Fountains of Miramar shopping plaza in Miramar, FL. This is the second consecutive year the center has been recognized. The Kingsley Awards recognize CRE organizations and properties who continually exceed industry standards and consistently deliver outstanding tenant experiences. Stiles has managed the center since 2021.

Popular Farm-to-Table Eatery OL’DAYS Brings Fresh Taste to 200 East Las Olas

Adding to the budding retail energy on Las Olas west of 3rd Avenue, Stiles Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Argentinian restaurant OL’DAYS to occupy ground-floor retail space at 200 East Las Olas Boulevard. Vice President Mike Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the Stiles’ full-service real estate development firm. The restaurant includes an outdoor seating area and is open seven days a week from 7 a.m.- 10 p.m. This marks the first OL’DAYS restaurant in Broward County with other locations in Miami and outside of Florida in Nomad and Tribeca, NYC.
