Stiles Construction, one of Florida’s oldest and most recognized third-party general contractors and a division of full-service real estate services provider Stiles Corporation, has been selected to build a 25-story luxury apartment project in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale.
The 327-unit high-rise owned and operated by Greystar will be located at 790 East Broward Blvd. at the intersection of SE 8th Ave. The project will consist of nearly 661,000 square feet which includes a 508-space structured parking garage and a recreational deck featuring an array of luxury amenities. The project site is a former Chase Bank location.
This is Stiles Construction’s second project for Greystar, who purchased the 790 site from Stiles Corporation several months ago. Stiles Construction was also the general contractor on Greystar’s Elan 16Forty, a 261-unit luxury mid-rise apartment project located at 1640 East Sunrise Blvd. Elan 16Forty received several accolades for quality in construction, including the prestigious Eagle Award for excellence in construction from the Association of Builders and Contractors as well as three Construction Association of South Florida Craftsmanship Awards.

Most recently, Stiles completed the construction of Amaray Las Olas, a 254-unit luxury high-rise located only one block from this latest project. Amaray Las Olas was nominated for a Pillar Award by the National Association of Home Builders.
