Premier downtown Jupiter retail destination Harbourside Place has enlisted Stiles Realty to lease the remaining available retail space at the center located along the Intracoastal Waterway at 200 North U.S. 1 in Jupiter.
Harbourside encompasses more than 365,000 square feet and includes upscale tenants such as Tiger Woods’ flagship restaurant The Woods; White House | Black Market; Bravo! Italian restaurant; Tommy Bahama Restaurant and Store; and the Wyndham Grand Jupiter Hotel. Stiles Realty Vice President Nicole Messer will handle leasing for Harbourside.
“Harbourside is a ‘one-of-a-kind’ retail destination in a stellar location with tremendous demographics,” Messer said. “We will be looking to enhance the shopping and dining experience by filling the last remaining spaces with a variety of unique women’s boutiques, gift shops, art work and home décor and entertainment to compliment the high level of existing retail and professional services already on-site.”
Harbourside offers weekly entertainment and events in the center’s amphitheater, active Riverwalk and recreational facilities, as well as a public marina that allows for transient boat traffic directly to the property.
Available spaces at Harbourside range from approximately 1,500 square feet up to a maximum of 5,400 square feet and include an anchor end cap location at the main entrance, a first-floor location adjacent to The Woods restaurant; and the anchor space at the south end of Harbourside adjacent to the Town of Jupiter’s event plaza and water taxi plaza.
“With a plethora of on-site activities, dining and retail options, Harbourside is an excellent opportunity for a new-to-South-Florida retailer or a local business seeking a high-end location,” commented Messer. “Jupiter residents are already active visitors to Harbourside and its accessibility via U.S. 1 and the Intracoastal shows that its growth is virtually boundless. We look forward to encouraging that growth with distinctive, unique new tenants for an exceptional shopping, dining and vacation experience.”
