Stiles Property Management won five local TOBY® (The Outstanding Building of the Year) awards and three individual awards at the BOMA awards ceremony in Weston, FL.

Considered amongst the most prestigious industry awards, all five properties qualified for the regionals after winning at the local level. As a next step, the regional recognition qualifies the properties for the TOBY International Awards.
The TOBY Awards are the most prestigious and coveted awards of their kind in the commercial real estate industry. The awards recognize superiority in office, retail and industrial buildings and reward excellence in building management. During the review process, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated – from community involvement and site management to environmental and green policies and procedures.
Stiles was also honored with three individual awards: Alexandra Missan won the Ron Macklin Scholarship Award, Nicki O’Neill won the Outstanding Member of the Year award and Tricia Foreman was named Property Manager of the Year.
Stiles Construction won three Eagle Awards, two Sunshine Safety Awards and 13 CASF Awards at the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Excellence in Construction Awards. The Eagle Awards, presented to the top project in each category, were awarded to Paramount Fort Lauderdale, the Museum of Science and Discovery’s Kinetic Park and Memorial Regional Hospital Garage. Stiles also won a pair of USF Sunshine Safety Awards for its residential developments, Residences of Las Olas and 790 Broward Residences. Paramount also won 10 CASF Awards including Project of the Year.
The Excellence in Construction awards program is the industry’s leading competition, developed to honor innovative and high-quality construction projects. The award honors all construction team members, including the contractor, owner, architect and engineer. The winning projects, selected from entries submitted from across the nation, were judged on complexity, attractiveness, unique challenges overcome, completion time, workmanship, innovation, safety and cost. A panel of industry experts served as the competition’s judges. Winners of the Eagle Award will be eligible to submit their project in the ABC National Awards.
