Stiles Realty announced today that Nicole Messer joined its retail group as Senior Retail Associate. In this role, Messer will focus primarily on developing third-party retail leasing and investment sales business in the Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami markets.

Messer brings over 14 years of experience to Stiles Realty. Most recently, she founded NM Commercial Realty where she was responsible for a 615,000-square-foot portfolio of office and retail properties in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Messer has completed transactions with national and international clients including State Farm, Amscot and CROCS. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Membership designation and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
As the retail market rebounds, expanding Stiles Realty’s retail group is integral to the firm’s overall expansion strategy. In this year alone, Stiles Realty’s retail professionals have successfully closed more than $38.4 million in transactions to date.
