Paola Granados

Ms. Paola Granados joined Stiles Property Management as an Assistant Property Manager in 2013 and, due to her accomplishments, was promoted to Property Manager in 2022. She has more than 10 years of management experience.

Currently she manages The AutoNation Building, a LEED Gold Certified 17-story Class A office building which also serves as the AutoNation Corporate Headquarters. Her portfolio includes One West Las Olas [headquarters for KO Lawyers and TEAM Enterprises], The Shops at One Plantation retail shopping center and Cornerstone Association in Plantation Florida.

Ms. Granados is detail-oriented and extremely skilled at communicating clearly with tenants and ownership. In addition, she handles all scheduling for preventative maintenance, repairs, services, HVAC maintenance, cleaning and other maintenance for efficient property operations. She also assists with financial reporting and preparing vendor contracts.

She is an active member of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches local chapter. Ms. Granados was an integral part of the management team that won BOMA TOBY Earth Awards in 2014, 2015 and 2017 and the 2019 TOBY for Corporate Facilities.

Ms. Granados is fluent in English and Spanish and a licensed Notary Public in the State of Florida.
