Zoes Kitchen, a Texas-based restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine, has opened its first location in Central Florida at Red Willow Plaza in Winter Springs, FL. Stiles Realty, a division of Fort Lauderdale-based full-service real estate firm Stiles, executed a ten-year lease agreement with the restaurant for 2,664 square feet of retail space.
