Stiles Residential Group, a leading luxury multifamily developer and division of 68-year-old South Florida real estate firm Stiles Corporation, celebrated the topping-out of Alluvion Las Olas – a 380-unit, 43-story luxury high-rise located on the New River in the heart of urban Las Olas in downtown Fort Lauderdale – on Friday, Sept. 13. Stiles Construction is the project’s general contractor.

Stiles Construction Achieves First Pilot SHARP Safety Award in Florida for Apartment Project in Downtown Fort Lauderdale

As safety standards on construction sites grow more stringent, one company is leading the way with top honors from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Stiles Construction, the construction management division of full-service commercial real estate firm, Stiles, announced today that OSHA has awarded the company the pilot Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) Award for record safety at its newest construction project, the Residences at Las Olas.
