Stefan Quist
Director of Engineering
Stefan brings 30 years of international experience engineering, managing, and contracting mega-scale offshore infrastructure projects. These projects include routing & protection of subsea high-voltage cables required for offshore renewable generation assets, land reclamation projects, and behind the meter offtake facilities. As the Director of Engineering at Stiles Renewables, he leads the engineering team with technical expertise and strategic leadership, develops standard operating procedures, formulates strategies for engineering, design, and production, and supports business development initiatives. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology. His credentials include Global Wind Organization (GWO), Safety for working on offshore wind farms and RWE Electric Awareness Safety Training
