This new wave of tenants follows the success of Phase 1, which features popular brands like Torchy’s Tacos, CAVA, Sleep Number, Ideal Dental, One Medical, and Nothing Bundt Cakes. In addition, both outparcels are leased by two well-known restaurant brands, to be announced in the coming months.
