Stiles Retail Group Bolsters Regional Expertise with Addition of Industry Veteran Bill Pace
Posted on 10/22/2020Stiles Retail Group (SRG), a division of Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles, announced today the addition of industry veteran Bill Pace, who joins SRG as Senior Retail Agent.
Pace will be tasked with helping to identify and evaluate new retail lease and investment opportunities to fuel the group's growth in South Florida while expanding throughout Florida. Stiles Retail Group has nearly 2 million square feet of retail assignments in its Florida portfolio, which includes more than 600,000 square feet of third-party assignments.

With more than 18 years of experience specializing in tenant representation in the entertainment, restaurant and retail arenas and net lease investment sales, Pace has extensive knowledge in providing comprehensive commercial real estate solutions with a specialty in multi-unit roll out expansion plans. He has also brokered more than $100M in sales of shopping centers and Net Leased single tenant buildings in Florida. In his previous position with the Rotella Group, Pace was instrumental in expanding the following brands: Game Time, PDQ, Wendy's, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fitlife Foods, Burger King, Taco Bell, Great Clips for Hair, Pollo Tropical and Panda Express in South Florida. He holds a degree in Finance from Florida State University.
