Planning and Budgeting
We assemble a team of design professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, permit processors and vendors, who are best-suited for your project. We have exceptional relationships with our design professionals that have been cultivated over a 35-year period, and in-depth experience with current building codes and agencies for the entire South Florida market.
“I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike Miller and Bryan Bobb for our new office at 301 E Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. Between my time at Alarm.com and Edelman Financial Engines; I’ve worked on over 30+ construction projects (tenant fit outs) in the past 12 yrs. I can say quite confidently, these two gentlemen were absolute pros and fantastic to work with. We had a tight timeline to move out of our old space and into the new (6 days to be exact). It was imperative the construction schedule stayed in tact, or we’d have had to spend another month’s rent (at holdover rates) at the old office.
